This policy describes how the British Horseracing Authority (also referred to as “the BHA”, “we” or “us”) will handle your data through your use of this website (horsepwr.co.uk) (also referred to as “the site”).  This notice also describes your data protection rights, including your right to object to some of the processing which the BHA carries out, and how to exercise such rights.
